From my residence I can see the back side of Diamond head..When you are actually walking on ankle deep waters
There is a small peninsula that you cross during low tide. The area has just a few homes on the water. The back side is a reserve for birds and wild vegetation..Its a great little hideaway from people..I usually can be found there painting in private…

This place is amazing and luckily it’s near me. Locals go for walks on the water that is ankle deep for miles. There are sand bars to walk your dogs there.
This painting is taken from afar in the water looking into Hawaii kai town center…if you notice up close there’s a Ferris wheel..once a year they open up for the neighborhood.
On the far right is Portlock this is where a lot of expensive real estate is located, mostly film industry and rich families live there. From there there’s China Wall, a risky surfer spot…
Pineapple of Hope

During the pandemic I felt a surge of sadness that was about to take place .
I’ve been quarantined since the beginning of March.I had this empty canvas and had spilled some paint on it. The shape was as if it was written hope on it. I have a cousin who adopted a little girl name Hope. That energy got me to go with it and write Hope in tons of layers for days. Then i brought home a pineapple one day and I remember My dear friend elderly lady from Hawaii telling me pineapples are regal and bring abundance into the world..Well it went great with Being hopeful at these times of loneliness and isolation..i decided to paint the pineapple on top of my hope and felt my mood elevate again.
May it bring hopeful energy and vibes to everyone who reads my story .
