Living in the jungle of Papua New Guinea for nine years with my husband and four sons allowed me to witness the incredible beauty of nature. This included the birds – so colorful and free – including the Bird of Paradise and eight varieties of parrots. In addition, no television for thirteen years!
From the highlands to the coast we continued to enjoy the wonderful varieties of the flora and fauna. My artistic nature was permitted to blossom and this has continued here in Hawaii.
